1. About this page

These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “ToU”) are intended to define the rules of access to and use of the website www.spacecake.co (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), published by THC Labs S.R.O., a company incorporated under Czech law (IČO: 23335882), with its registered office at Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic. By accessing the Site, any user (hereinafter referred to as “the User”), whether a visitor or a purchaser, unreservedly accepts these ToU.

2. Access and Availability of the Site

The Site is accessible 24/7, except during technical maintenance or in cases of force majeure. The Company shall not be held liable for any temporary malfunction of the Site. Access to the online store is reserved for adults residing in a country where the purchase of hemp-based products is permitted. The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the applicable laws of their country of residence.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — texts, images, graphics, videos, databases, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of the Company or its partners, and is protected under intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, extraction, or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.

The User agrees to use the Site in a lawful, fair, and respectful manner. In particular, they shall not:

The User remains solely responsible for their use of the Site and of the products ordered, particularly with regard to the applicable laws of their country of residence. ⚠️ Reminder: our products comply with current European legislation (THC content below 0.3%), but it is the User’s responsibility to verify their legality in their own country.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These ToU are governed by the law of the User’s country of residence, in accordance with the Rome I Regulation and applicable mandatory national laws. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable settlement. Failing that, the competent courts shall be those designated under the applicable rules of private international law.
