Order Preparation
Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares it within 24 business hours with the utmost care. Neutral packaging, sealed, with no mention of Space Cake on the outside — for maximum discretion.
Dispatch & Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link, allowing you to follow your package in real time.
📌 Please note: tracking updates may take a few hours until the carrier scans the parcel.
Delivery Times
- Europe: 3 to 7 business days (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, etc.)
- International: delivery available depending on local legislation. Please check your country’s regulations before ordering.

Shipping is free for orders over €45 within France. A little thank-you for your loyalty!
Returns & Exchanges
Withdrawal Period
Changed your mind? No problem. In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us if you wish to return one or more items.
⚠️ Important: opened, unsealed, or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Procedure
Here’s how to proceed if you want to make a return:

You’ll receive a reply within 24–48 business hours with full instructions, and a return label if applicable.
Please return the package in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
Return Costs
- If the error is ours (defective product, wrong item, damaged goods), we cover all costs.
- If you simply changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds
Once the returned parcel has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days maximum, using the same payment method as your original order.
✅ Only intact, unopened, and unused products are eligible for a refund.
Non-returnable Items
For health and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Packages that have been opened
- Products without their security seal
- Discounted or personalized items
